PA Chase
In 2020, Democrats dominated mail-in voting in Pennsylvania, securing 80% of ballots compared to 20% for Republicans. In late 2023, recognizing the need for a stronger Republican ground game in Pennsylvania, Charlie Kirk called on Cliff Maloney to take action.
Through Citizens Alliance, Cliff launched PA Chase, a ground game strategy designed to close the mail-in voting gap and reshape Pennsylvania’s electoral future. The mission was clear:
- Knock on 500,000 doors in key districts
- Increase Republican mail-in votes from 20% to 33%
- Deploy 124 full-time professional ballot chasers
The results? PA Chase exceeded expectations, delivering 34.5% of mail-in votes for President Trump—proving that liberty warriors can win by fighting fire with fire.
For 50 days straight, the PA Chase team hit the streets, knocked on 510,000 doors, and ensured that Pennsylvania voters were engaged, informed, and ready to take action.
But as Cliff puts it, “We’ve won the battle, but the real war has just begun.”
